Kershaw Launch button gritty

Just got a Launch 15 and the button is quite gritty. I polished all the internals with 2000gr paper but it hasn’t helped much. Anyone have this issue and get it resolved?

I always put a little Nano-Oil or Rem-Oil on the washers before assembly.
