ok. So I took the leek with the lock problem back to the store and got a new leek. But this leek has a whole under the head of the pivot screw, its a whole in the cavity that holds the torsion bar. I can see the torsion bar when I look through it. I dont want to take it back to the store again, what should i do?

Can you take a picture of what your issue is? I can't imagine it in my head very well...
As far as what you should do, I would suggest taking it back to the store again and open the new one at the store to make sure your 3rd one doesn't have any issues.

nevermind. took it back to the store and they took it and gave me a new one with no problems. When you would unscrew the pivot, there was a small hole in the cavity that holds the torsion bar and you could see that hole when you removed the pivot screw. its kinda hard to expalain.
