are the liners hardened steel? I am trying to drill out some liners on my Energ-2 and having a very tough time. ?????

I believe they are. The best way to drill stainless is to take it slow and use lots of cutting oil. I work with the stuff and its a bi*!!.

Our liners are 410 and heat treated to 34HRC to max hard (around 40 HRC). If you have access to a carbide drill bit it will make the task much easier.
