This is a Kershaw locking multi tool. The needle nose pliers will lock like a Vise Grip, (and adjustable too), which is really handy and can even be used as a mini vise. This is one tough, well built tool and has everything you could need including a hacksaw! It latches closed and the main blade has a thumb stud and can be opened one-handed even when the tool is closed. It's in the top left in the picture. it's in like new condition.
