So the full length of the blade will not rest on a cutting board?
So this cant be used a chopping knife for food?

I've had mine for a few weeks. Very useful design; solid build, and sharper than whatever. I use my kitchen knives for cooking related tasks, so the blade angle is not an issue. I like it.
