Kershaw Outcast modifications?

Hello all! New to the site and in need of some suggestions. I recently got a Kershaw Outcast (consolation prize to a cold steel kukri :( ), and I found that the santoprene grip was a bit... flimsy. As well, I felt that for such a large knife, the handle was lacking in girth to get a proper grip, so I put a paracord wrap over the existing handle. Since i am looking to make this my primary camping/ survival knife, I am looking for any mod suggestions to give the knife itself and the sheath a facelift. Any and all suggestions are welcome! thanks!

I have done a few convex edges on Outcasts. That will greatly increase the chopping and cutting ability. Its not full tang so it isnt that easy to just throw some thicker handles on.

Thanks! I agree that although the curent edge is suffice, it's certainly not the best, and after looking at your site, I will definitely try to keep you in mind for future custom mods. As for the sheath, I think just adding a couple rivets up closer to the opening should cut down on the separating issue. thanks again.
