Kershaw Ram

You should buy that Ram! With the discontinuation of that model, they are quite hard to find new.
You might check in with the Hawks. The last one I bought came from them on their website. I also bought the special pocket clip that they make for them that completely solves the too tight issue and looks great also! Good Luck!

This is my RAM, did some mods to it, one of the best flippers out there... and I own some custom flippers as well so I can compare to something that costs 20 times as much. I think I paid $55 for, totally worth it. Get it and you'll understand.

How did you get the studs out of the blade, Tymah? I've been thinking about doing that to mine, but I don't want to booger it up in the process.

Didn't do it intentionally, they sorta just fell out after the stonewashing. I think it should be fairly easily done with a pair of pliers, grip the studs one at a time and twist back and forth, they will come out. Disclaimer: Do this only at your own risk!! You will most likely damage something if you attempt to do this!

Don't be afraid of the serrations; I recently sharpened my mini Cyclone with the scalloped serrations, and it turned out great! I just went through progressively finer diamond grits on the back side of the serrations only, then both sides with three grades of stropping compound, and the burr came off just fine. I just used the corner of the strop to get down in between the scallops. It's back to screaming sharp now.
