Yeah, I've been into blades long before NG came to be. :) I used to run a knife club on the Prodigy Service in the early 90's. Hehe. I remember I had all my crap United Cutlery stuff and people would send in reviews on their custom Randals or whatever. I was in a little over my head at that point, but all I really did was organize things and send out electronic newsletters. I started a knife thread on the NG forums, go look for it. :)

To stay on topic.. I can't wait until my Random Leek arrives in November! :)
 
I really think the random Leek looks fabulous too. I was thinking of ordering one of those up, but decided on the "black/gold Leek". This knife is numbered KS1660BG It's available a few different places. It is the really shiny black, boron carbide coated model with real gold plating on the thumbstubs and pocket clip.

I saw one of these in person at my local shop the other day...very classy!
