Kershaw RJ Martin Zing

How did Kersaw know my favorite color is orange..... thanks guys.:D

I love the clip on this one and the way the striations come right to the edge.

I am very happy that Thomas and company finally decided to bring out such a load of new product. I mean they only released half a dozen models in the last couple of months. Jeesh guys, get with it.;)

Are the three tones of color on the blade from laminated steel, or are they painted on?

Its not really different colors, those are different facets so the light hits the blade different in those spots and it looks different. At least I think thats how it works

The blade is actually ground in a terraced fashion...one of R.J. Martin's design characteristics.

Another one (or 2, one black, one orange?) I'll be wanting...:D

Ray :)

Really love this design, attractive and a nice size. Now to decide between Orange and Black. Think I will get orange, but I reserve the right to change my mind!

Kershaw really did hit the ball out of the park on this one!!!!!

I did not get to see the proto's until BLADE, and I was totally delighted in every way.

This is a thin, sexy knife that functions perfectly-Everything I could have asked for.

GREAT JOB AS USUAL KERSHAW!!!!!!!!!

Very nice looking knife. I especially like the blade shape. Not to sound dumb, but is there a purpose for the grooves other than aesthetics?

they reduce friction when slicing:) also I can't wait to see if the bump type blade I saw a proto of gets made

Not to sound like a complete moron, but what is polymid and how does it compare to G-10? This knife really looks like a great edc, 'course I just prefer the flippers.

im not sure, just what it felt like to me, someone will be along shortly to correct me and/or answer that

Kraton is soft, rubbery and has some tack to it. From what I recall, polyamide is hard and smooth, much more like FRN.
