bought a new zdp ti mini cyclone-

the lock bar goes all the way over to the opposite side when you grip it and pinch's your finger-keep in mind this knife was 1 day old-so i sent it back, i have ti framelocks that are a few years old that dont do this-


today i received the same exact knife back -shipping list says-we are not able to determine problem-

i guess opening the knife was just too much work to do,or even reading the note i enclosed that described the issue-
 
past the return time stated by the seller-and it wouldnt be right just to pass this pos along to another guy because the seller would probably just resell


and arent service issuses supposed to be dealt with by mfg not the dealer?
 
i sent a email to kershaw after i received this back this morning-

thomas just called and is fixing the issue-

so i guess kershaw srvice aint all that bad-lol
 
I always call, talk to a human, get their name, record the date, and reference that conversation in my return letter before sending something back. In my case with Kershaw (ZT) it worked great; in my case with Buck it was an exercise in futility.
 
well im a cheap sob-i shut off the house phone and have a by the minute cell now-so i tried to save a buck-lol
why,because i hate talking on the phone always have
