I have one of the Shallots with a plain edge, stonewash 110V blade. It is marked XXXX as a blem, but I find no issues with the knife whatsoever. The assisted opening is quick and strong. The lockup is rock solid with no play. The knife was carried a few times, but you can hardly tell. I have not used it to cut anything, so the edge is factory sharp. I am looking for a large Grip in D2 or 154. Users work great for me, if not abused. Email me for pics, or with questions and offers. Thanks.
