I have not seen many modded or customized shuffles so I figured I would post mine. Hopefully some others have some good ones to show.
My wife carries the top two and the bottom is mine. The top is a pink shuffle that I RIT dyed the scales and then back sanded to show pink/purple/black. The middle is a stock purple/blackwash. And the bottom has the backspacer modded to remove the bottle opener and end screwdriver/prybar/whatever. I also switched to pb washers on the bottom shuffle.

Hey jderry93 I have some info on the washers. Member wwells20 sent me some that he suggested with the dimensions of- .1875(3/16) I.D. x .3125(5/16) O.D. x .015 thick. The inner diameter was a little small on these, so I had to open them up slightly. I only noticed a slight difference with the new pb washers so I am not sure whether it is worth the work or not.

What did you use to open them up?
I have that size currently, but unsure how to increase the ID without damaging the washer face
