Kershaw Skyline pocket clip mod

I know this was forever ago, but I am looking into doing this for my skyline. Are there any cheap options other than this before I modify my clip?
 
Razor not sure what you mean. If you don't have the tools or means then I would say it is cheaper to buy a custom clip- probably $25 or so. This seems like an excellent way if you have the tools.
 
Definitely have the tools, and the skills. I'm always cautious before modifying pieces. This looks like my best option. Will post image after I do it.
