Kershaw Speed Safe owners, if you please...

I tried my Random Task, Ricochet, Double Duty and Double Cross. No problems here. . .
 
I think your best bet would be to keep trying the phone - they take a few days on emails. Is this the number you have for Kershaw? 800-325-2891 - I've always had sucess getting through to them, but maybe they're really busy.

My Random Task is perfect and is my favorite EDC right now. But.... My Mini Task has some up and down blade play and the liner goes all the way to the right.
I need to send it back and have them look at it. I love the knife and the few bucks it will cost is worth it.

I don't have the address for warrenty service here, but you ought to get a reply to your e-mail pretty soon. Send the knife in. Their customer service is excellent. I had a problem with my Mini-Task, contacted Kershaw and sent it in. I got it back less than a week from when I mailed it. Fixed up, sharpened up and in great shape. You can't ask for better service. Their phones may be busy now, but once you get the address, you should be golden.
