Kershaw Splinter

I shot pics of both these knives a few weeks ago. Both are nice knives, the blades are good EDC shapes, the wood handles look very nice. They are liner locks and have pocket clips. Both are light weight knives that would carry very nice I think. Anyway here are the pics I took. 2 4/8" blades, 6 1/2" overall length.

thanks for the pics. I thought the blades were 3"?? And does the tip attach to the exposed metal butt, or to the handle scales? Tx for the info

I measure a 2 3/4" cutting edge (no, I didn't measure along the radius). I suppose you could throw in another 1/4 inch for the ricasso, but that would be cheating. The clip attaches to the metal frame and arches over the handle scale.

Pretty small, but very neat. I like it.

ooh, I mebbe gonna have to get one, could be a great office knife. Looks a little more substantial than a Wiliam Henry, but still classy, and small is good. I finally got the Random Leek I'd been wanting, but that just kind of freaks office people out, I need something tamer and this might be the ticket!! anyone else got any first-hand info? Thanks for what y'all have provided so far!

I received one of these with the Quince wood handles yesterday. Popped it in my pocket and carried it all day at the office. It is light and easy on the pocket although, as stated, the clip is really tight. Had some very positive comments from people I showed it to. It's definitely a dressy knive. I wouldn't carry it in my jeans on weekends.
