Kershaw.... the good

I gave my brother-in-law a Kershaw G-10 Hawk (model 1436). The pocket clip broke. It broke right where the screw holes were on the clip. I emailed Kershaw and they are sending a new clip, no questions asked. They returned my email very quickly. I offered to mail them the old clip, but they declined. This is my first dealing with Kershaw customer service and it has been a good one.
