I have a BNIB Kershaw Tilt #416. I have yet to remove from plastic. It's still in the box it came from Kershaw in. I can open and take additional pictures if requested. While I am not new to the site (been here lurking for years) my reaching out to you in regards to your knife was my first ever post here.
