Kershaw Tilt- Unreal!

Congrats Droppoint!!! The Tilt is a work of art!!! Thomas You Da Man :p
Thanks. A work of art is exactly how i would describe it. The thought that went into it is incredible. Just incredibly well designed in every regard! Thomas is 'da man!

BTW 2:06 is exactly what I said when I opened mine, haha. Funny stuff right there.
There are no other words to describe it ;)

Congrats!

I really have grown attached to my Tilt -

I suppose I have found that smoothness in the action of a folder is what endears me to them, and the Tilt sets the bar, and sets it very high.

I felt fortunate to be able to buy one after waiting over a year (thanks Dave!), let alone have one gifted from Thomas himself.

Hold onto that blade!

best regards -

I agree, the Tilt is easily the smoothest knife I own and quite possibly, the smoothest I've ever handled. Just because of the pure fact that this was gifted to me, it will not be going anywhere...the fact that it is one of my favorite knives in less than 24 hours of owning it though will definitely help ensure that! :)

he is just a dealer as well as knifecenter, we are all in the same boat,,i just cant believe it been a year and know there are some tilts out there,,knifecenter is a BIG BOY as far as i am concerend, i dont know about other dealers, but how many were due to go to knifecenter i dont know

I know he is just another dealer but he seems to know more about what he is getting and if he can take any more pre-orders than some other dealers. Or at least, he communicates with his customers with more accurate information.

I still have a lot of them on backorder, but I, just like everyone else have to work with what I get, Knifecenter probably only got a handful, I am sure that knifecenter manages their preorder lists the same as I do, they probably ship what they get to the people on the list in respect to the dates that they were added to the list. If we don't get enough knives to fill preorders it isn't anyones fault, there just aren't enough knives made sometimes to go around. Hopefully we will still get a few more, it isn't over yet.

:victorious:Congratulations Drop. I actually just got my first Tilt off another BF member a couple days ago. It has quickly has become my favorite knife and I even got an Emerson Persian for Christmas.

You have a knife with a STORY now. Don't ever let that one go, and hand it down with the story intact. Also do not be afraid to use it as it would almost be an insult to the man that made this happen. I'm feeling your happiness brother!!:D:D

And Thomas, what can be said that hasn't already? YOU are da' MAN!!:thumbup::)

Congrats. The video was great! It's awesome seeing someone who really appreciates a kind gesture (and a beautiful knife). I was excited for you while watching it.
Damn, Thomas, it's no wonder why Kershaw is such a fine company, it's because of people like you. Way to go!

It has instantly moved to my "top three" list and may very well just be the new #1- probably will be in a few days time. :D

The story definitely makes it an even more incredible knife. I will never let this one go. I do plan on using it too- not beating the crap out of it though as replacement parts will be hard to get due to its limited nature. Hopefully, If my second one comes through, I will keep that at a safe queen.

Totally agree! Kershaw is by far my favorite company. i have owned more Kershaws than any other brand (an even a couple brands combined) not just because they are great knives, but any time I have needed customer service, it has been nothing but the best. Thomas just goes the extra mile (or several) with all the info provides and his "random giveaways".
