I'm not sure where this should go so I'll post it here.
I contacted Kershaw by email yesterday afternoon about my Kershaw 1500 "mini task". I've had the knife for like 5 years and recently the liner lock has started to show some wear and will stick. Well I just got a reply back from Dawn there and she said she would send me a new liner to install myself and if for some reason there was still a problem I could send it back to them and have it fixed free of charge. I think this is awesome on so many levels. First they emailed me back in less than 24 hours, second the knife is discontinued and I figured they wouldn't have any parts left for it (maybe I'm dumb), third in the email I told them I took it apart to inspect it and I knew that probably voided any warranty it had but they didn't care, forth I told them I even knew that normal wear wasn't covered and offered to pay for the part and they're still sending it free, and more things but I'm sure you're sick of reading already. I'm just really happy, that is wicked cool of them IMHO!
Thanks Kershaw!!
