Hi everyone,
Just wonder if any of you face this issue before.
During early Jan, I send a request to Kershaw for replacement torsion bar to my thermite which is a display piece when i bought it.
I received a very quick response and great support from their warranty team member- Ms Jenny and that they can ship the spare to Singapore for free but will have to take a month for the delivery.
Now after nearly 2 months, I have yet to see the spares. Her email no longer valid and there is no reply from any of the Kershaw warranty team.
Are they trying to ignore my request?
I even bought 5 zts after that because of their quick and great support but now im having doubt to their support.
Can you guys recommend any person in Kershaw to help me solve this?
