Kershaw knives customer service has been both prompt and helpful.

I first sent my knife off to them a month ago with the lock slipping and uneven grind lines.

They returned it to me with even grind lines and the lock.......was STILL slipping, even worse!

I emailed them and they said they didn't know why that would happen, but they told me to call them if it didn't wear itself in, and i agreed.

Today three weeks later i decided to call them. Within two minutes and an easy going polite conversation, she assured me a brand new Kershaw Boa would be on it's way to my mailbox!

I'm now considering pickin up some Leeks and Scallions in the future :) great job Kershaw Warranty/Customer Service.

I had a similar experience. I sent in a used whirlwind because the spring seemed a bit week. I asked if they could fix it, and bill me for whatever the charges would be. A week later a brand new whirlwind showed up in the mail, free of charge. They are definitely a great company!
