Woowww....... was that edge completely done by freehand? If so, it looks absolutely superb, sir! Also, what kind of strop is that in the background? Do you use any diamond pastes, rouges, and such?

Sorry if I talked your ears off, hehe....... but I'm very commutative. Can't you tell :-).

GW the edge is off of an EdgePro at 17 degrees per side. I made the two sided strop with some 1"x4" oak and horse hide I got on Ebay.
I have 1 micron diamond paste on one side and 1/2 micron on the other

(P.S.) Do you use a micro bevel, or recommend them?
