Newly arrived 0566CFM390...And by the way it is my first ZT. Alittle smaller than I imagined but the fit and finish is flawless. No wonder people like ZTs.

Been using these hard ever since I got them back from being reground. Hollow with a FFG tip, with a microbevel of about 15 degrees per side. The 550 stays sharper much longer than the 560, but they're both amazingly effortless slicers now.
