Couldn't pass up on taking a quick phone shot on this old (1930s) industrial wood block flooring.

Been using these hard ever since I got them back from being reground. Hollow with a FFG tip, with a microbevel of about 15 degrees per side. The 550 stays sharper much longer than the 560, but they're both amazingly effortless slicers now.
