I sent my Random Task in because there was a bit of blade play (enough to bug me anyway). I was disappointed that I had to send it in because in my experiance (with other companies) it often takes 3 or 4 weeks to get my knife back.

Well, exactly 11 days after I sent my knife in, I recieved it back in the mail; no blade play, and super sharp. So, when you figure the 2 days it took me to send it, and 2 more days for them to send it, they only took one week to fix my knife and get it on its way.
