The JYD clip may be flashy but it does its job well. My issue with clips isn't so much the shape, but the placement. I strongly prefer a low riding mount. I like the clips that come on the NRG 2s and the one that comes on the Zing and the Speedform 2. They are different enough to be unique, with style.
 
I like the JYD clip. I think it looks nice, but more importantly, it works very well. It makes it easy to attach to and remove from the pocket, and it carries safely.

Where can one buy Kershaw (and other brand) lowrider clips?
Kershaw makes some knives I'm interested in but I can not stand the high riding clips.

Tell me about it. I didn't even see this thread till this morning and ordered my third JYDII, second one in composite last night.

I starting to think Thomas W is using Telepathy to sell knives. :D :D :D
 
i could care less about what the clip looks like; all that matters is that is has one (if it's supposed to have one) for the few times i actually do clip it to something...

Of course the Ti SG2 version will be a bit tougher to find.

Hmmm, I think the clips look pretty darn good in my photos...
