For Sale – “Kestrel in Mammoth Tooth – Desk/Display”

Today I'm offering up something I normally reserve for the specialty shops in Aspen, Breck and Vail.

SPECS
OAL: 6 ¾”
Blade Length: 3” Flat Ground
Blade Steel: 1095 Differentially heat treated with Hamon lines
Bolsters: M3 Mokume
Spacer: Stabilized Box Elder Burl
Handle: Stabilized Mammoth Tooth from Siberia, approximately 15-20,000 yrs. Old over Maple Burl underlayment.
File Work: Micro Vine & Thorn on blade
Extras: Display base made of Lyptus (heavy and beautiful) 10 1/2" X 6 1/2"; with brass knife support and two pieces of raw Mammoth tooth; one with pin for vertical mounting.
Sheath: Not included with display pieces (extra) but can be made to buyers specs if desired.

As a very recent owner of 2 of your knives, one being the Kestrel in mammoth tooth, it's really hard to put into words this fine piece of work. Pictures can only convey so far as to the true beauty you have created. Great job.
