ketchain knives - Spyderco Ladybug vs Cold Steel TuffLite?

Has anyone handled both the Ladybug and the Cold Steel TuffLites? Does either one stand above the other?
 
I haven't handled the TuffLites but I've had a Ladybug for a couple of years. It's a great little knife. I've chopped ice, pried with it and used it as a screwdriver and it still works fine.
