I just ordered one off ebay, for 19.90 shipped. I figured what the heck, it's worth that to see what he's bitching about!

Who's bitchingsomeone stated what op was talking about perfectly a few posts ago. As far as I know, OP wasn't talking about a specific model or company for that matter.
Far as I know I still don't know what the op was talking about, translation or not.
I gift a lot of knives to people so WTH.![]()
The people I give knives to, wouldn't know a 12 dollar Chinese made one from a Sebenza.
It's less than 20 bucks made in China. Amusingly enough, you can get them from dealers for less than 20, off eBay for the same, yet people are bidding on one there @ 29.00 dollars, with over 2 days left. It's also following Kershaw's trend of having a 3 and 1/4" blade, with about 8" overall. Too small IMO for that type knife.
I understand everything that he said. I'll paraphrase:
Kershaw stole a knife design and all the time he sees people saying that a Kershaw design has been stolen. So there. You can't steal a knife design because they have been around forever. Stop ruining reputations with this nonsense.
He likes like this place so let's talk about everything about knives except for when someone copies someone else.
I would order one but it has 3cr13... So I don't know. I have never owned that steel before and not sure about edge retention.
