Kevin Jones In March Blade

Just got my copy the other day and DID notice the article.

CONGRATS Kevin!

I must say.... you looked pretty mean cutting that rope:D

Peter

Peter when you think about it the ability of these knives to so readily cut this 1" hemp rope is quite amazing considering the rope's density, strength and especially that there's no tension holding it tight.
There's a little technique and effort involved however the knife's no doubt doing the work.

Even more amazing is that its not like the knives (supplied by Jerry, JR Cook and Lin Rhea) were prepared and sharpened to cut the rope one time but even after cutting 2X4s and rope on and off over two days they could still shave hair just as good as when we arrived.

COOL! I got a WHOLE new appreciation for cutting tasks watching the competition at Blade.

I knew a bit about what the ABS requirements entailed before, but WATCHING was as you say AMAZING.

Congrats Kevin, that's great, I very much look forward to reading the article

Got my Blade today and went right to the "Kevin Jones" piece.

Very cool write up, neat pics of "da man" in action, and a fine array of knives to boot. I must say I really like every one of the knives shown very much!

Congrats Kevin!

Congrat's Kevin, I will look forward to reading the article when I get mine, guess it will be in the next few days.

just got my copy today, looking forward to reading the article. Probably tomorrow morning during my 'reading break';)

Don't let all that attention to get to your head, Kevin. But if it does, make sure you start up a cult:p

Next issue will feature the "Hottest New Collector". For all our sakes, I hope it's a woman:D
