I recently ordered a small Apogee through The Edge Equipment. I emailed Kevin (on a Sunday night!) with some questions and received a response within the hour. Placed my order on Monday morning -- Kevin didn't even want any payment info at this point! Thursday I received a message from Kevin letting me know that he expected to pick up my knife the following Thursday.
Coincidently, I emailed Darrel with a question about his website and happened to mention the small Apogee that I ordered through Kevin. Darrel took the time to check and then sent me an email to let me know that he was already working on my knife.
The Apogee arrived yesterday, less than three weeks from the day I first contacted Kevin. Needless to say, it is BEAUTIFUL! I cannot imagine better service from any dealer, or any maker. Thanks guys.
