Let me just say: THIS is the way of satisfying your customers!

I've had the extremely pleasant opportunity to do business with this Gentleman (the owner, actually) at The EDGE Equipment.
I bought one of Mr. Darrel Ralph's Gemini balisongs through Kevin, and he's been most excellent to deal with at all times.
This includes:
  • Very quick response in e-mails (even when he had lots of other things to do)
  • highly polite (friendly and a bit personal, but also professional)
  • fast shipping when the knife was done (the package was also wrapped in good, so nothing would get broken during the tour)
  • following other shipping instructions completely correct (he had to include some papers so I could get the bali into the country (originaly illegal))
  • etc, etc.
I really can't say enough great things about this man and his way of dealing with business, but I really really hope I get to do more business with this Sir. :)

My highest recommendations!! :D
 
Good for you Ix on recieving your bali hope you didnt have to wait to long.

Sounds like Kevin is a good guy.:)
 
I had to wait a while for some customs taxes and stuff (I have to pay 24% of what I payed for the knife in taxes :grumpy: ), but that wasn't Kevin's fault.

And yes, he's a VERY good guy! :)
