Keychain size SAK with locking blade ???

looking for a smaller SAK for places where i cant carry my 3.5 inch blade.

features such as bottle/can opener and pry bar are appreciated

does such a model exist?

willing to spend as much as $50 but ideally around $30-35 bucks preferred.

Do you own a leatherman micra , it's not a sak but it is awesome.
Victorinox has quite a few models which will fit the bill , but you better forgot about the unnecessary locking blade requirement.
I can't possibly imagine any reason anyone would need a blade this small to lock.

The evo grip with the locking blade is a pretty great little knife, I gave one to my daughter for christmas. Personally, I wouldn't carry it on a key chain. It's not all that heavy but it's a bit bulky and it's around three and a quarter inches long. I carry the Vic Rambler on my keys. No locking blade but it does have a bottle opener.
