KFU Chris Bowden Tennessee Hunter & Custom Leather Sheath
This is a used knife made from 1095 with antiqued flats and has a sabre convex grind to a polished edge with some light pepper spots. This has a beefy blade and handle suitable for many applications other than hunting. Beautiful burl wood (York Gum?) handle material over natural micarta with a black pin stripe. There is a small spot on the wood near the butt where it has a higher sheen than the rest of it. My guess is that it is a spot of CA adhesive but it never bothered me enough to attempt to remove it. There is a small dent on wood at the butt and both flaws can be seen in the last photo. Sheath was well made by forum member Mike Fennessy and is wet formed to the knife.
