KG gun-kote coating on a Busse . . ? ?

I recall Skunk damaging one of his knives by placing it in an oven at 300 F.

The micarta and the steel were fine but the contact between the two was somehow fouled up.

You can do a search for that one. It was brought back up to the top a few weeks ago.
