Khuk history question for John Powell

Maybe the "squatty body" is a copy of N2s example. His is obviously a knife of much higher quality. I still don't think this any particular style....just a short, sturdy chopper.

Thanks, that was the one I meant. It looked better for thrusting than chopping so I wondered what it was.
"squatty body" is about right and had me laughing at work.
Thanks for putting up those pictures from your collection, they're fun to look at and I keep seeing one I hope the kamis make.

Where is that information that you got on the WW2 Sarge? I'd be interested in seeing it.

Speaking of "squatty bodies." When I was in Jr.High there was a gal we called "Bureau." A short little thing with drawers three feet wide.:D :rolleyes: :p ;)

Had a Great Personality though and didn't sweat much fer a fat gurl.:D ;)
