Thanks Pen. I'm still trying to untangle this mess.

Pala has gone home, so I'm gonna have to ship the shirts to BirGorkha. Uncle already gave me the address. It looks like the cheapest way is the good old USPS, but it's going to take 4-6 weeks. The plus side of that is, anyone at the Khon so inclined may enclose a little personal note with the shirts.

Yaj- do I have your address? I'm very sorry for the delay with you international guys, I've been trying to come up with optimal packaging that will keep the parcel under one pound, and still get it to you safely. The jump from 16 to 17 ounces more than quadruples the rate, even for 'economy' shipping.

I haven't mailed any of them yet, and it's looking as though Friday will be the earliest I can get any of them out. If not Friday, I should have everything ready to go out on Monday the 4th.

Yaj! I do have your address! I just found it among some of my scattered documentation. :o (I used to be SO organized!) I'll continue compiling, comparing, condensing and containing. :D
 
Please allow me to share my confusion/frustration:

I'm sure everyone restated their original request as best their memory served, but we do have some discrepencies. Below is a comparison of total orders, before and after the crash. On the left is what was delivered to me, and it does match my copy of the color/size requests submitted. On the right is what everyone believes they ordered. If you can adjust to even things out, PLEASE let me know (and soon! ) Thanks again, and sorry for the hassle again.

There are 4 shirts not yet claimed. At least one of these belongs to Trevor, and hopefully the balance is Roadrunner's. If you can go from a White 'XL' to a White 'L', please let me know. Likewise, if you can go from a Grey 'XL' to a Grey '2XL', please let me know. If you can think of anyone who might have ordered a shirt, but has not "re-ordered" please try to let them know!

If ya have a left over XXL grey when I get to the Khon I will take it if no one else needs it.

Thanks SF- I'm really hoping that everything will come online when I hear from Trevor and RR. The numbers should add up then, and then we can re-hash the sizes if we have to.

I will be taking a short trip from the 4th to the 8th so I may not be able to get online during that period.If you are not able to get the shipping info before that do you want to give me an approximate figure? If it is higher than actual the balance can go to the kami t shirt fund and if it is short I will send you the balance amount when I get back.

Everything is starting to come together, there are only one or two shirts that are mismatched or unclaimed. I'll be packing things up tomorrow morning before work, but I doubt I'll have time to ship any until Monday.

mPisi and Yaj, I'll be shipping yours Monday as well, and I'll email you the totals. I will be shipping cheap so I hope you aren't in too much of a hurry.

I will also be shipping the BirGorkha Ts on Monday. If anyone would like to enclose a note of well-wishes and thanks to the crew, you can email it to me and I will print it out. Khon attendees can also sign a Card I'll be picking up.

Gosh I hope this is the last delay! :( I just now got off the phone with my insurer, and have finally arranged to get my windshield replaced. I will not be able to get to the PO in time to ship everyone's shirts today as I had hoped. They are all packed and ready to go, so depending upon when the glass dude gets here tomorrow morning, I might be able to get them out Tuesday. If not then, (the Good Lord willing and the creek don't rise), I'll definitely get them out on Wednesday.

Thank you all very much for your patience and understanding. Boy, do I hope you like your shirts after all this. :o
