I was on a Khukri kick a couple months ago, got a bunch of them. This one is from Khukuri House in nepal.
bought it for $70, spent $30 more for shipping from Nepal. beast of a knife.
that said, i'm paring down the ones that i just never use. this one's first.
chiruwa (full tang) handle. this thing is a hefty blade. 3/8" thick, about 11.5 inch blade with a 5.5 inch handle. comes in at a hair under 17 inches. it's got a larger diameter handle, little big for my hand, which is why it's going up first. i decided to sell it instead of sanding it down more to my size.
there are a couple small gaps where the handle slabs attach on the bottom side. took some pics. there is absolutely no looseness at all, handle slabs are locked in solid, i just want you to see it beforehand. always figured i'd sand it down a little then fill them, but just never got around to it.
i've got it at a move-'em-out price: $65 SOLD includes shipping and paypal fees.
