What is the first movie you ever saw a khukuri in? My first had extensive use in an apocalyptic setting. It was the movie cyborg with Jean Claude van damme.

The pair of Khukuris used by Milla Jovovichs character “Alice” from the “Resident Evil: Extinction” movie springs to mind. Nice head choppers:D:D

The first time I saw a khukri on film was in the Werewolf TV series in the 1980s. One of the characters in that show carried a small silver one.

My favorite depiction of khukris on film was in the 1992 Bram Stoker's Dracula. Van Helsing and Jonathan Harker both used khukris.

If you're going to lop off the heads of the undead, you gotta have a khukri.

Same with DanSmithy.
I guess after RE, it spawned the whole Zombie killa thing.

Speaking of which, a special pic i found in german wikipedia that the english one missed out. The one in RE looks like MK4 (Military Khukuri)

the new RE is going to be great..even though they stole alot of the plot from RE5 the game.

The first time i saw khuks in film was Big Trouble in Little China, right in the beginning at the big China Town battle scene.

I've seen both of those movies and never noticed the kukris that's the thing about vampire movies the hot girls seem to steal the show.

War movie with Steve McQueen and Frank Sinatra fighting the japanese, don't remember the name but there was an English officer with a Kukri on a shoulder rig.

Dan your going to have to highlight the Khukuri's in that pic I'm having trouble seeing them:p

not sure why, I never saw the appeal of a woman built like a 14 year old boy myself.

Warty I just reviewed the evidence from a set, surprisingly from exactly a year ago today. I agree your statement has a lot of merit. However that's as far as I can go and still keep it PG...
I'm not a big fan of Hollyweird the last 3 movies I caught were; Firefly, StarTrek(the JJ Abrams update) and the A-team
