I know the feeling. I got my Khukuri along with the Barong and Military with digital camo handle from New Graham a couple of weeks ago. The Khukuri is in my EDC rotation along with the other knives. So far, I am happy with mine. It's an excellent slicer and great for basic cutting needs.
Enjoy it when it comes.
I like the Khukuri a lot. It is a great slicer and it has such a slim profile that makes it a fine EDC. I like the way you can move you hand up on the blade for more controlled use. The way I hold the knife is with my index finger and thumb on the blade and my second finger in the choil and third finger and fourth on the handle. This is one very well designed knife. Ed Schempp really put a lot of thought/skill/genius into this design and Spyderco built a excellent liner lock. This may be the best Factory liner lock I have ever owned. You wil like yours.
Slimshanee, I feel that way too. But this Khukuri is a very unique design knife and I think it is a great EDC. This is one of those knives that feel so good in the hand.
