Khukuri under inspection

Just let me know, uncle Bill, and I'll borrow you one for a pattern!
That surely would be something I would like to see -a Nepalese Sorocabana!
We could call it the utmost symbol of the effects of globalization in the knife world!
Maybe I ask this blacksmith to try his hand at a khukuri - he surely wouldn't oppose as he likes to try new things - he even has forged damascus steel for me a couple times!
I think we would end up something like a 3/8"thich sorocabana with chackma and karda by your side and a 1/8" thick umbrella handled khukuri by mine!

Any idea how much that one weighs?
I like it, has kind of a rustic look. I definately have to get on the bandwagon and say that sheath is awesome.
