Expensive? No. They are considered a good value by those who have used and tested them. Use "search" feature to look for threads discussing "khukuri OR khukri OR kukri." Cold Steel sells "kukri-shaped objects" for more. Hang around here for deep discounts on cosmetic blems offered from time-to-time. (But you can't have the one I want, whatever that might be! :) )
 
Forged by hand, shipped halfway around the world, and Uncle Bill frequently has blems or special deals for $50 orless shipped and you think they're expensive?
 
I think so too, Bruise. At least that was my very first reaction. Time will tell.
 
00-BuckShot: there's been a troll around here lately and he's been now been banned in four incarnations.

4) Uncle Cracker.

When someone chooses to post here directly instead of posting on other forums first, it's a red flag because the misguided person only posts on this forum.

Stick around and if you can stay coherent and tell reality from fantasy you'll be accepted. Check out the thread " Rusty is a Madman ".

The poor guy claims he isn't a troll, which may be true. But his actions are equivalent to those of a troll and cause the same damage.

If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, I was not certified in court as an expert witness to say it was a duck ( I was as an expert witness as to child abuse/neglect/exploitation ).

But I could and did put in my report to the court: "The field guide to wildlife ( Diagnostic and Statistical Manual #X ) says ducks look, walk, and quack this way. I think it's time to call in the department of Fish and Game for their opinion."

Sorry for the wary welcome, but we are kinda spooky around here lately.
