khukuri

Does anyone know of any sites that have tutorials on how to make a khukuri\kukri? I've searched high, I've searched low, but I got nothing! PLEASE HELP!!!!

you might check at the Himalayan Imports Sales site and see images of how the kamis do it in Nepal.

or, you might check in the custom knives forums and ask there for kukri-like objects.

Or you might find your own Mercedes Benz truck spring, a section of railroad track, a pair of long handled pliers, and a big hammer, and lots of charcoal with a some air-induction unit to work the metal.

Generally speaking, most of the folks here...buy them from Himalayan Imports.
