I hope your trip(s) were uneventful, and that you have a great time. You can rent trailers and vehicles to pull them to get all the khuks you buy home. They all take credit cards.

For those who intended to go, but were unable, it's just as well. A meal that you have to wait for is even more delicious.

For the rest of us, we will quietly applaud Himalayan Imports, Pala, Bill Martino, and all the men and women who contribute, each in their own way, to the product, and the community, we have come to love.

We've lost a few due to snow and health problems (which I can certainly sympathize with) but there should be enough to make it worthwhile. I have a camcorder ready and my new DC so we should have some pix.

I am really sorry that I won't be able to attend. I was trying my best to work things out, but alas. I will do my best to arrange my schedule to make it next year, God willing.

Yes, it will probably be a slow weekend on the forum...:(

Y'all know the saying while the cats away the mice will play:D I think this is one instance where Id rather be with the cat:( Have fun y'all at the convention, and remember carrying an armload of khuks is great exercise;)

I was hoping to make it. When I started planning it about a month back, my wife "reminded" me that it was Nowrooz, one of those "family first" times for Iranians.

Next time.
