Kiahdex Sheath Systems Picture Thread

Nice work, that axe sheath is clever.

A bit slow on updates.

How thick is that kydex? Your work looks very nice, I'm sending you an email for inquiries.

Either .093 or .080 depending on color. The ACU is .093 if that's what you're referring to. I'll be dealing with emails in the morning and will get back to you then, bro.

With the weather, I haven't taken many pics in the last little bit. Here's a few more though.

Yeah, brother, I need one of those Fiskars sheaths!! Mine is not the hatchet, its the full sized axe. But the "sheath" that comes with them is just bogus. How can I put and order in?

Thanks, bro. Just shoot me an email or post up on my forum and I'll get you details.

Another while I have the addy in my clipboard anyway.

That's very nice work. I wish my kydex skills were that good. Any tips to help out?

Thank you. As far as tips - practice, practice, practice. If you've got anything in particular you want advice on, I'm happy to help. Just let me know.

Yes the 3/16 rivets doesn't look that good to me. I'm having a hard time getting the flare correct. Thanks.

Wrong thread brother. ;)

I'll reply anyway though. Are you using dies or a hand setter? If the hand setter, make sure it matches. Also, 3/16" eyelets are more prone to splitting and deforming if the length isn't right. You can get away with eyelets a bit too long with 1/4", but for 3/16" you want 'em as short as possible while still giving a good roll. File 'em if you have to.

Please advise when/if you go into production for the camo skull sheaths.
Heck, I'll even buy a knife to fit the sheath.:)
