kickin it old school

I just noticed that you already answered my question earlier in the thread, sorry 'bout that. The worst thing is that it's one of my biggest pet peeved when other people do it, so now I feel like an idiot
Anyway, be sure to post pics when the knife's finished!

No worries, pics will be posted.

That's a cool looking knife man. So far it is my favorite of the ones I have seen you make.

Here are some crappy indoor phone pics. The sheath is not the best looking leather I have done but it is double thickness welt constructed and suede lined. The sheath will definitely protect and positively house the blade while protecting the owner from the blade. I'm not having much luck getting a temper line to appear so I might end up leaving some faint grind lines but otherwise a mostly 800 grit hand sanded finish. I'm about to give up on the etching thing altogether and give it a homogeneous black vinegar patina.

Looks pretty sweet. If I ever was a big cook or had a job as a chef, I would definitely contact you for one of these. It just looks like it would be an awesome kitchen knife, but I wouldn't know myself :p.

Great Job,
Connor

Better pics...
