This was a special project for Japanese SWAT team to turn out the toughest and powerful knife, yet compact size and weight to carry.
Kiku was chosen and involved with this project from the beginning for the design work, prototypes and field testing.
After months of working, he finally came up with the perfect knives to meet with their extreme demands.
His grinding technique and special Hamaguri-ba made it possible. Reinforced thick Hamaguri grind tip is strong enough to penetrate wall and car body, and pry open the door and window.
