Need to raise some funds, so my Kikuo Kasumi safe queen is for sale...
I got this one from Japanese Knives Direct http://www.japaneseknifedirect.com/KikuoMatsudaKnife.html (scroll down to almost the bottom of the page for the description of this knife).
It has been handled a little bit and put in and out of the sheath a few times, and has sliced a sheet of paper. Stored oiled in it's sheath, in mint condition. I have 3 Kikuo knives, and they are the sharpest knives I have ever seen, period. My other 2 are users, and the OU-31 steel is really fantastic. It seems to hold an edge forever, and yet is easy to touch up if needed. I paid 470.00 for this knife, and am selling it for 400-->390.00 shipped US and Paypaled (Money Order is also OK, Paypal gift option appreciated but not required
Here are the stats from the JKD site:
KM-255 Haru-Kasumi 4-1/2 inch slightly recurved Hamaguri-ba OU-31 blade with long false edge. Hand contoured black/green layered G-10 handle with thumb notches on the black and paracord finger straps. Comes with Kydex sheath with Tek-Lok Belt device.
OU-31 blade in 4.0mm thick. 115mm blade and 223mm overall length. 160g weight.
