Killa Z Test Team Edition!!!. . . .

Holy Oinkin' YOWZA!!!!!

I'm in for a CG. Or a double cut.

Cool, I want.:D:thumbup:

Have the EMT's on standby, 'cause someones gettin' trough stomped over one of these.

Well, I love Busse and I will take one of those black "Z's"

I hate to say it, but it seems like that thing would be pretty unwieldy to chop with. I don't, however, have any experience with Khuks. Anyone care to share the pros/cons of the platform?

It's pretty much a standard khuk geometry, and unwieldy is the last word I'd use to describe them. I'm a huge khuk fan and think they are some of the most effective choppers out there. They are also absolutely brilliant at clearing thinner brush - the deep recurve pulls grasses and kudzu across the blade and it makes quick work of it.

The downsides are that it's not quite as easy to use for batoning, and the obvious lack of control for finer cutting tasks. But that's why you carry a second knife, and save the khuk for the big jobs

I just wish I qualified to buy one :(

That is my impression as well. This is a real kukri in a standard regimental size and shape. An INFI kukri is just what the kukri or khukuri lovers among us have been wanting for a long time. I sure hope I can get one of these.

Well, we can only hope that the demand for these is so incredible that they will one day be offered at Busse combat in combat grade, for those of us who can't get off work and make to blade heaven...
Awsome design and chopping power.
check out the cold steel Rajah II for a pocket version of this. pretty impressive folder if I say so myself, can't get over the test vid on youtube.

The Rajah II rocks. The folding kukri is great for light chopping and splitting out fat lighter. But the new Busse is the one I'm wanting now.

Do you guys want me to bring a hunk of wood over from the house to chop on by the fountain? I might be able to find something.

I think a CG run is pretty much guaranteed. These "Test Team Edition" versions are just protos. There will be plenty of the CGs to go around, I'm betting- but it may be several months before they are offered. And they won't be cheap.

Not great pics. . . but you get the idea!!!

These will ONLY be available to Inducted HOGs and soon-to-be-inducted HOGs. . . .

You will have to agree to NOT sell these test blades for a period of 6 months and all reviews and pics must be kept private between the shop and yourself.

These are NOT FOR PUBLIC Consumption! . . . . Your feedback will be instrumental in the final production design!

This will be your only chance to get a satin finished, zero-edged Killa Z from the shop, other than the Limited Edition at a much higher price!

They are Test Team numbered and Killa Cool! ! ! ! ! :D

The handles on this particular one are BLACK PAPER micarta. . . There will be others.

Enjoy. . . And good luck to those who score these unusual pieces of Busse bladeware, and soon to be history.

Any that are left over from the BLADE Show will be offered in the upcoming BLADE Showganzzaaaaa. . . approx. . . 2-3 weeks after BLADE '09.

Let's Drink!!!!

Jerry :D

That looks great. I love the texturing on the scales. I doubt there will be many left after blade. Hopefully it's a big batch!

That is Awesome :)

Humm.... something is off about the design. Wait, I know what it is, it needs a choil.

I had better say this now before someone hunts me down...

Just Joking!
