thanks guys, this Koa is so cool I gotta try to get pics out in the sunlight, try to capture some of the beauty of this wood.

Very nice knife. The filework, koa, blue liners, and swept plunge line all go together and pop in a simple but elegant way.

I agree, koa never looks as good online as in person... But it still looks great from here.

Very nice, I really like the bright colors of the knife. However, the grain on the koa needs to either be parallel of perpendicular to the ricasso or the overall curve of the front of the blade. It's almost, but not quite, parallel to the front and distracts from the eye. It's maybe only off a few degrees. Just something to think about on future knives

I really appreciate the big bellied tip to that knife. It is almost leuko-ish. Plus the Koa of course, and I like that it isn't parallel/perpendicular as it seems to follow the angle of the dropped edge and adds a rounding visual to the spine of the handle. Of course this is just my rambling- but makes me more anxious to try Koa on a knife of my own making.

Tried to get some outside shots of the Koa. the sunlight really brings it to life.
