Old faithful decided to give up the ghost last night right when needed most 
Broken Heating element is brittle and was too shallow for any decent sized blades anyway
Really want to move on to a Digital controlled Real knife HTing oven but broke at the moment.
Old manual controls are still good and cycle. Manuel Pyrometer is accurate Whole thing is encased in a thin metal box with soft brick.
